North Dakota 90-hour Salesperson Pre-licensing Course
This course provides 90 hours of instruction in principles and practices of real estate, required of all applicants for a salesperson’s license in North Dakota. The course prepares learners for the North Dakota licensing exam and provides the real estate practice knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful real estate salesperson in North Dakota. Topics include real property, ownership and interests in real estate, transfer of title, real estate agency, real estate contracts, financing, real estate appraisal, leases, fair housing, property management, land-use controls, environmental issues, real estate math, and North Dakota statutes and rules regarding real estate.
